Kate is able to advise on a wide range of family law issues, including financial disputes following the breakdown of a relationship, nuptial agreements, and relocation disputes regarding children.
Kate also has an interest in the tax issues which may be encountered by families going through a separation.
Kate read law at Exeter before joining Deloitte as an analyst in their M&A / Private Funds Tax team. After a year and a half, she decided to pursue a career in family law, training with a specialist divorce and litigation firm in the City. Kate qualified in September 2019 and then joined Alexiou Fisher Philipps in January 2021.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys drinking and learning about wine, spinning, and playing tennis when the sun is out. She also takes pride in being a long-suffering Welsh rugby supporter.
