Emma Harte has specialised in family law since 1992, having been a solicitor and associate at Penningtons and Gordon Dadds before becoming a partner on the formation of AFP.
Emma has been recognised since 2003 in the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 Directories as a leader in her field. Chambers has commended her for her “kind, common-sense and practical approach” and described her as a “tactically adroit performer” “of whom a number of clients could not speak highly enough”.
Emma is a Resolution accreditated mediator, a mediation consultant (PPC), a trained collaborative lawyer and past Chair of Resolution’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
