In addition to the traditional areas of family legal practice, we have been at the forefront of developments in collaborative law and mediation, both in the UK and internationally. Through these routes we are able to offer a tailor made approach to dispute resolution.

Our Approach

We are a niche firm specialising exclusively in family law. We take pride in our hands-on approach, and enjoy consistent feedback from our clients that they value the personal service which is offered by the partners.

We endeavour to promote a constructive approach to family disputes, and members of the firm promote the Resolution Code of Practice. This aims to minimise areas of conflict between separating couples and to resolve disputes in a dignified manner in the best interests of the family.

However, protecting the interests of our clients is our first priority and where necessary we will take immediate and firm action to safeguard those interests.

We have wide experience of issues involving the international family. Our partners are Fellows of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, of which our senior partner Douglas Alexiou is a past President.
